Now that Thanksgiving is over it's time to start working on Christmas preparations. Can you believe that Christmas is only a month away? No? Neither can I.
First up in the Christmas preparation list... Christmas cards.
It was a lovely day here in Berkeley today so we headed to nearby Live Oak Park to take some photos of the girls for our Christmas cards. Towering redwood trees, a stone wall, little bridges crossing a creek... it was the perfect location for our little photo shoot.
Here's a look at some of our photos from today.

Strike a pose |

Cheese! |
|
The light coming through the trees gave everything a lovely glow |
|
Aww... what's cuter than little sisters in matching dresses holding hands? |
|
Ava always throws in a couple of these poses! |
|
At one point Lola decided that she'd only pose if Daddy held her hand.
He's not going on the Christmas card in those Crocs! |
|
Happy to pose without Daddy now but only if I can pull faces |
|
I think that Lola had reached her posing capacity by this stage! |
As per last year's cards (which you can see
here) I went with
Paper Culture for printing my cards. They have a fantastic range of templates available, help from real graphic designers if you need it, beautiful matte card stock and at the moment (until 26/11/12) they have 25% off everything. Woo hoo! Just enter the voucher code HOLIDAYS to receive the discount.
Stay tuned to find out which one (or more) of these photos made the cut - you know it's not the one with Kim's Crocs though!
