Free To Be Adventurous with all free clear

Disclaimer: This post is sponsored by all free clear but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

My three girls love to be in the water. Swimming pools, beaches, lakes, creeks, the bathtub... you name it, they love splashing in it. With the weather warming up as we approach Summer playing in water is on the girls' minds more and more. We may live in California but we don't live close to any decent beaches so when the weather is hot and we want to cool off we tend to head to a nearby creek in one of our favorite Berkeley parks.

Ava and Lola always love splashing around in the creek at Live Oak Park and Mathilde has just started to join them. The water is never very deep which makes it perfect for paddling around in, and with the towering redwoods along the edge, the creek is always shady and cool. Smooth rocks line the creek bed with larger rocks sticking up acting as stepping stones - perfect for when we want to cross without getting too wet. The edges of the creek are smooth and make the perfect place for Mathilde's little feet to get wet without the risk of slipping on the rocks.

Ava and Lola love to skip stones in the water (or rather, throw rocks to make big splashes!), build dams out of rocks and mud, and look for fish. So far they've never found anything swimming in the water other than the odd bug or two.

Playing in the creek is a great way to cool off on a warm day but it inevitably ends up messy. The girls scramble up the sides of the creek in their wet clothes and before long they're covered in mud. Of course, there is a staircase and path that leads directly in and out of the creek, but that's nowhere near as much fun as climbing up the sides!

And you can bet that if the girls end up covered in mud, then so too do I!

Taking a change of clothes with us is always a must!

As soon as we get home from the creek we do two things: jump in the bath tub for some more water fun - and to get clean - and wash our muddy clothes. Look at all that mud!

Luckily we have all free clear with stainlifters. It washes away all of the mess that comes with kids being kids while being gentle on sensitive skin. Both Lola and myself have sensitive skin so I need to be careful what I wash our clothes with. Perfumes in laundry products may smell nice, but they tend to make my skin break out in a rash, so perfume free is the way to go for our family.

all free clear is the #1 recommended detergent brand by Dermatologists, Allergists, and Pediatricians for sensitive skin. It's tough on stains yet gentle enough for the whole family. Plus, it's safe for use in standard and HE machines. It rinses clean and has a gentle, hypoallergenic formula. Powerful Clean. Gentle on Skin.

Thanks to all free clear my kids are free to be adventurous and I don't have to worry about their dirty clothes or their sensitive skin.
